There are two ad-joint shops for rent. Facing to Vijaya road. Fully crowded area ( 100m to Sudunelum pura flats). Lots of vehicles moving both-ways ( Rajagiriya , Gothatuwa ) all the time. One is suitable for grocery as its already having wall brackets fixed. My father did a grocery successfully for 10 years. Other shop can be used for any purpose. ( eg:- communication, book shop, beauty saloon, store, agency etc.. ). Shop details are as follows.
Shop 1 - 192 Square feet, with all wall brackets , fully covered with grill, with a steel table . expecting Rs. 18,000.00 per month
shop 2 - 160 Square feet, one single hall , expecting Rs. 12,000.00 per month
Both shops have separate meters for electricity. Common attached Bathroom available for both shops. 1 year advance is preferred, Can be negotiated.
If the same person taking both shops can give for Rs. 25,000 per month.
